Born and raised in Singapore, Kyle Henderson is as local as they come. With over 20 years of experience in kitchens big and small — including stints at Lolla and Esquina — he’s spent his career chasing bold flavours and creating food that brings people together.

Along the way, he found his favourite way to eat: sharing small plates, where the energy of the table matters just as much as what’s on it.

WILD is his way of winding back the clock to what dining out should feel like — honest, soulful, fun, and deeply satisfying. It’s an expression of how he loves to cook and host: playful, generous, and all about creating memories around the table.
